What happens after your order
Preparation
We set the date for the project.
If not already done, we will discuss your motivation and project goals. Based on this, we design the project together.
You will receive a preparation checklist, which also serves as an agenda for the kick-off. We will discuss all the technical and organizational preparations 1-3 weeks before the project. We are particularly interested in your worst-case scenarios so that we can focus on them in the pentest.
One week before the start of the project, we will let you know whether everything is ready for a smooth start.
Implementation
If it makes sense, there will be an onboarding call at the start, in which you present the (technical) details in complex test scenarios.
We start the pentest, find vulnerabilities for you and inform you immediately of any critical findings.
We will contact you at the latest when the tests have been completed. If you wish, we can also keep you up to date during the test.
Follow-up
You will receive the results report no later than 5 working days after the end of the implementation.
In the final meeting, we will present the results to you in detail and clarify any questions you may have.
Optionally – but always included – we offer a 15-minute management presentation.
If you need support after the pentest, we will be happy to put you in touch with a suitable partner.
After the implementation of measures, a retest is usually useful to check whether the measures are effective.

What our customers say
Both I and my colleagues were amazed at how many problems Nina was able to identify. Even in functionalities that have not been developed for several years and that other penetration testers have already looked into over the years (and found nothing 😉). Kudos for that.
We had a comprehensive penetration test carried out on our infrastructure. Christian gave us a new perspective on our IT. Thanks to his support, we were able to improve our IT security in a sustainable and structured way.
MindBytes is a partner that can also carry out more complex pentests of desktop clients and Citrix. The cooperation worked very well: We received an exceptionally detailed report that not only clearly described the problems, but also went into detail about specific possible solutions.
The collaboration was pleasant and extremely well organized.
We are very satisfied with the preparation, implementation and discussion of the results. The documentation was very clear, well explained and we also appreciate the additional documents we received.
The communication and planning was very clear and pleasant and the presentation of the findings was structured and understandable, even for me as a non-IT technician.
It was good for me to see once again that things can be quick and uncomplicated. It only took a few days, two to be exact, from the offer to filling out the self-disclosure form and the final assignment. We were always in contact and you always had an open ear. The tests showed that there is always something to do in the area of IT security, as the approaches of attackers – in this case it was you – can be quite creative. We have already done a lot of homework from past tests, but new systems are being added and new attack vectors are emerging. Thank you for pointing this out and for the exciting two weeks!
The project collaboration with MindBytes GmbH was extremely positive and focused. The team was professional, committed and creative. The analyses in the context of a pentest were clear and meaningful. We will be very happy to come back to MindBytes GmbH for further requirements.
Basically, I’ve always felt the need to have a pentest done. However, I was never really comfortable with it, as I always imagined some kind of freaks rummaging around in our system. Fortunately, I was able to change my mind. Nina and Simon, who handled the project with us, were very accommodating, responded to our wishes and deadlines, and advised us on a sensible scope for the first test right from the early stages of the project.
The reports we discussed together were very detailed. The solutions to each point were also presented at the same time. I also liked the graphical representation of the MindBytes score for damage and probability.
